Once again, the Reno Rodeo kicked off our summer with 10 of the most rocking and rowdy days of the year. We danced. We cheered. We watched contestants from all over the continent ride and wrangle at the wildest and richest rodeo and in the west. And on top of it all, we encountered overwhelming support of our BootRoxx. Here is our 2014 Reno Rodeo Wrap-up:
As we mentioned over the past few months, we have worked diligently to make the BootRoxx Collegiate line a reality. On June 17th, the University of Nevada, Reno cheerleaders took the rodeo by storm with the debut of the Nevada BootRoxx, repping the university's iconic wolf logo. Needless to say, these BootRoxx were a cheerful success. After 8 months of working countless hours to make it happen, we now have full licensing rights for the collegiate BootRoxx. You can expect to see the Nevada Wolf Pack BootRoxx and more at university retailers like the bookstore and Silver & Blue Outfitters this fall alongside a new style, featuring Wolfie, the Nevada mascot.
To say that our booth was a thrill is an understatement. Day in and day out, we were blessed with the opportunity to share the story, the product and the vision of BootRoxx with hundreds upon hundreds of excited rodeo goers. This may have been one of the most exciting parts about the rodeo ... at least for us. Seeing the delight in our customer’s eyes when they realized the fun and versatility offered by our BootRoxx had smiles plastered across our faces. In terms of best sellers, well, our Patriot BootRoxx, a very patriotic cowboy boot cover, was the best-selling style, right next to Hope.
We also had the chance to offer the beautiful Jack Daniels girls the opportunity to wear our BootRoxx each night in the Jack Daniels tent. And OH YEAH, they were a smashing hit as the young, sassy women danced their way through the night.
We had hours and hours of conversation with people from around the nation about our product. From locals to visitors, BootRoxx cowboy boot covers were a smashing success at the Reno Rodeo. In fact, we are have been informed that BootRoxx will be the featured business in the 2015 Reno Rodeo magazine, the official annual publication from the Reno Rodeo.
