Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it or like new. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We will happily repair and/or replace any items that are defective. If you need an exchange, send us an email at Info@BootRoxx.com

We DO NOT refund purchases made from retail stores.  Refund terms are for bootroxx.com purchases only.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate that credits your for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you directly.

In the event of a refund, the total will go to the purchaser of record.
