The BootRoxx Slant Fringe EQ are a stand-out design and one of our more popular styles. Placed on brown cotton fabric with a diagonal row of fringe on the outside of the boot cover with a braided fringe topper to add more style. The fringe moves with you for a sassy and bold look. Finishing off the look is an elastic heel strap that slides under the sole for a secure fit. This design has a hidden zipper up the back 3/4" of the boot cover for easy placement on the boot.
